We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen and unseasonably warm weather patterns anticipated in the coming weeks, we have reached the difficult conclusion of canceling the Lights on Ice event for the Jan/Feb 2024 season. Understanding the disappointment this may cause, we are committed to offering our esteemed customers a full refund or credit for any tickets purchased.
In our continuous effort to provide unique experiences, we are actively considering alternative approaches for the latter part of this year (November/December). We aim to reimagine Lights on Ice more reliably, potentially utilizing artificial ice. This innovation would significantly reduce our dependency on weather conditions and ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for all.

For a full refund, please send an email with your name, the email address used for the purchase, and the phone number associated with your order. Additionally, we would greatly appreciate your input regarding the prospect of transforming Lights on Ice into an indoor event featuring artificial ice next year. Your feedback is invaluable in our planning process.

If you opt for a credit, we are more than happy to convert your ticket purchase into a credit applicable across all our events, including Hollowed Harvest and the Rhode Island Holiday Light Show. We would also like to hear your thoughts on the proposed transition to an indoor event with artificial ice for next year, ensuring the inclusion of all the delightful light tunnels, displays, and attractions originally planned for this year.
If we do not receive a preference email by February 10th, we will automatically issue a future event credit; once a credit is issued we are unable to offer a refund. Your support means the world to us, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming you to our other events throughout the year.
